Nth.

\ ENTH \  , adjective;
1.Being the last in a series of infinitely decreasing or increasing values, amounts, etc.
2.(Of an item in a series of occurrences, planned events, things used, etc., that is thought of as being infinitely large) being the latest, or most recent.
I adore my niece pup to the nth degree.  I love when she puts her paw on my knee.  I would give her the world, or a piece of chicken, which is usually what she wants.
I despise shrimp to the nth degree.  I told my high schoolers this summer that hell would be like a big room with shrimp covered walls and a strong shrimp scent.  They thought this was hilarious, but I do seriously fear it.
