dearth.

\DURTH\ , noun;
1.An inadequate supply; scarcity; lack.
There was no dearth at dinner tonight at Table on College Street.  The darling birthday girl and I dined like queens.  She couldn’t decide between the lamb, scallops, or the ribeye.  I couldn’t decide which fork to use for my fried green tomato that deliciously sat next to the bbq pork ribs, lobster, sauteed okra, and tiny tasty tomatoes.  Mmm it was a nice looking table full of food at Table.
