fake eyelashes.

List after list, orange flowers and yellow hair pins, excitement and butterflies, constant bridesmaid laughter, handsome groomsmen donned in Air Force uniform, unforgettable introductions from new friends and hugs from old friends, dancing and twirling the flower girl around the dance floor, a bride more beautiful than one could’ve even imagined. Then all of a sudden it’s over. I woke up with my gold dangling earrings still in. I smiled, rolled over and opened my eyes to see half of my fake eyelash falling down right in my line of vision. I peeled it off and closed my eyes for the slideshow in my mind of the weekend. My heart was full. My stomach was still full of a cookie dough cupcake and a couple “Maid of Honor specials” from the bar. Facebook was full of new photos and friend requests. Mindy was officially married to such a wonderful man. And I hope she had as much fun as I did.
