I have a few signs from the help exchange website that help me to augur that I will enjoy my next job. Here they are:
Dwayne flies back to NC on Wednesday and I’ll go north to this retreat center on Orcas Island to help with landscaping. The Kia will take the ferry with me and she’s very excited about relaxing for a week while I work and read and soak in these hot tubs. Kasey (my childhood, college, and NZ friend) and Kali (my new friend and fellow Ellen lover) were in Seattle for a few days and we drank a lot of coffee, walked a lot of steps, and saw a lot of beauty with our friends who live out here, Kit and Rachel. It’s been a lovely time and I will write more about it soon.
After Orcas Island, I’ll go back down to Oregon to spend some time with family and friends for the rest of March. Then National Park galore before Erica and Bryson arrive in Utah! Glacier, Bryce, Zion, and Arches! The National Park Annual Pass has already paid for itself. I augur March will be top notch. And April will be packed full with Colorado!
