Not too long ago there was a snake swimming yarely in our pool. My mom said to my dad, “Please get that snake out of the pool yarely (she might’ve used another word…hard to say.)” My fearless father bent down, grabbed the snake, and aimed to throw it over the fence. Instead, he threw the snake in my face. My face was wet. The snake fell to the ground and slithered away, probably as shocked as I was. I looked at my dad who didn’t have an apologetic look on his face yet, but more of a ‘why would you be standing right there?’ look. ‘Twas gross.
